Well Hi!
Welcome! I’m Adrienne Jezick, but my friends know me as a trailblazer in the world of wellness and self-discovery. My journey isn’t just about overcoming personal health challenges; it’s a beacon for anyone seeking to transform their life through the power of cold exposure.
How did I get here?
Nine seconds. That's how long I lasted in my first ice bath, and it was enough to change everything.
In 2012 I was diagnosed with three autoimmune conditions. Twenty pills a day, biweekly injections, and I kept getting worse. So I tried something I never thought I could consider, I took an ice bath. All it took was nine seconds to completely alter the course of my life. I'd never felt anything like it.
I kept going, but I couldn't white-knuckle my way through it, I had to learn to meet the cold calmly instead of fighting it. Breath. Presence. Trust. Surrender. By 2019, every trace of autoimmune disease was gone from my body.
That calm-in-the-cold technique became the Morozko Method™, which I've shared with thousands of people throughout the world. It became a practice used in the ice and it enhanced nervous system regulation throughout life. But cold was never the whole story, it was just the door. The real work is everything that happens after: the breath, the sound, the stillness, the release.
Melt is that whole practice, finally in one place.
Come on in, melt away the pain and stress, and leave feeling fully restored.
My Inspiration for Melt
Zophia , my niece, is one of the people who inspired this space. Her curiosity, creativity, energy, and adventurous spirit remind me that wellness doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes it is simply about creating a space where you feel comfortable being exactly who you are.
Zophia loves soccer, the outdoors, camping, art, computers, and writing. Her spirit represents much of what we hope Melt embodies: curiosity, courage, playfulness, and a willingness to explore something new.
Adam, Zophia’s father and my brother, is another important part of the story behind this space. His experiences with military service, fatherhood, resilience, and his own pursuit of wellness have deeply influenced my understanding of how important accessible, restorative practices can be.
Our family has experienced firsthand the strength it takes to keep moving forward when life gets difficult. That understanding is part of the foundation of Melt.
