About Zophia’s Place
Zophia’s Place is a woman-owned wellness studio in Sebastian, Florida, created to help people reconnect with their bodies, quiet their minds, and build resilience through intentional wellness practices. We offer ice baths, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and other restorative experiences designed to support the body and mind.
But Zophia’s Place is about much more than the services we offer. It is a deeply personal, family-inspired space built from a love of wellness, resilience, and community.
The inspiration for Zophia’s Place comes from my close family, especially my niece Zophia and my brother Adam, as well as from years of working alongside and serving veterans and first responders. I have witnessed firsthand the incredible strength these communities carry, and the importance of having a place where people can take a breath, reset, and simply take care of themselves.
A Little About Adrienne
I’m Adrienne Jezick, the founder of Zophia’s Place, a wellness entrepreneur, educator, and longtime advocate for the transformative power of intentional cold exposure and mindfulness.
My own wellness journey led me deep into the world of deliberate cold exposure. After years of exploring ice baths, breath work, mindfulness, and other practices, I developed the Morozko Method™, a sensory-immersive mindful meditation technique designed to help people consciously move through the stress response created by cold exposure, and ultimately learn to navigate stress more skillfully in everyday life.
In addition, I am co-founder of Morozko Forge, an electric ice bath company, and spent years immersed in the cold-water community, learning, teaching, and helping others discover what is possible when we intentionally step outside of our comfort zones.
Zophia’s Place is an evolution of that work.
It is a place where the lessons I've learned through cold exposure, mindfulness, entrepreneurship, and my work with veterans and first responders come together in a warm, welcoming environment.
Inspired by Family
Zophia is one of the people who inspired this space. Her curiosity, creativity, energy, and adventurous spirit remind me that wellness doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes it is simply about creating a space where you feel comfortable being exactly who you are.
Zophia loves soccer, the outdoors, camping, art, computers, and writing. Her spirit represents much of what we hope Zophia’s Place embodies: curiosity, courage, playfulness, and a willingness to explore something new.
Adam, Zophia’s father and my brother, is another important part of the story behind this space. His experiences with military service, fatherhood, resilience, and his own pursuit of wellness have deeply influenced my understanding of how important accessible, restorative practices can be.
Our family has experienced firsthand the strength it takes to keep moving forward when life gets difficult. That understanding is part of the foundation of Zophia’s Place.
A Place for Resilience
Our connection to veterans and first responders has also shaped the mission of Zophia’s Place.
These are people who spend so much of their lives taking care of others, often carrying experiences and stress that aren't always visible. We believe they, and everyone else, deserve a place to pause, breathe, recover, and reconnect.
Whether you're stepping into an ice bath for the first time, settling into the infrared sauna, experiencing red light therapy, or simply taking a few quiet moments for yourself, our goal is to make wellness feel approachable, intentional, and human.
At Zophia’s Place, we believe resilience isn't about never experiencing stress, discomfort, or adversity. It's about learning how to meet those experiences differently.
We created this space to help you do exactly that.
Come as you are. Take a breath. Get uncomfortable. Find your calm.
Welcome to Zophia’s Place.
